Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting Account Executive – Account Management, Health Solutions to join our team in Ho Chi Minh.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling new business in co-operation with Sale team, including:
a. Approaching new clients or assisting Sale team in approaching new clients;
b. Preparing quotations;
c. Following-up in order to secure the new business;
d. Arranging issuance of policy documents properly;
e. Carrying-out post-sale services (seminar, leaflet, premium payment follow-up, etc.);
f. Taking over the new transferred accounts from Sale team;
  • Being responsible for handling and providing services to existing assigned accounts;
  • Introducing telephone call, correspondence, letter and possible seminars, visits, entertainments with clients as needed basis throughout year;
  • Preparing renewal documents, questionnaire, pre-renewal presentation, audit existing covers for renewal, collect quotations; prepare renewal confirmations to underwriters and renewal documents;
  • Participating in identifying types of insurance that should be targeted for penetration and assist in new business presentation;
  • Being respond to client enquiries in an efficient and professional manner and maintain close business relationship with the clients and the underwriters;
  • Cooperating with Accounting Department in following up premium settlement, bad debts from clients and to request refund of credit balance to client;
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Skills and experience that will lead to success.

  • University graduates
  • Good customer relationship management skills
  • Strong skills in written and verbal communication, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills required
  • Self-disciplined and organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills –effective communicator across organizational levels, self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Good skills on MS systems including Word, Excel, Powerpoint required
