Core Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Identify high-potential merchants/ initiatives to cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing billing merchants.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a primary point of contact, ensuring merchant satisfaction and addressing any operational or technical needs.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to deepen Zalopay's integration and increase transaction volume with existing partners, introducing new features or services.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor the performance of existing merchant accounts, analyze data, and proactively suggest strategies to optimize their usage of Zalopay and improve their take rate.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from existing merchants regarding Zalopay's services and relay insights to product and operations teams for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless merchant onboarding, effective campaign execution, and timely issue resolution.
- Reporting: Track and report on individual and team performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
Yêu cầu
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales, with a track record of achieving targets. Experience in payments, fintech, or the education sector is a plus.
- Dual Skillset: Proven ability to nurture existing relationships for growth.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
