- Support department head and staff members in day-to-day tasks.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks, including maintaining supplies and preparing mailings
- Scheduling appointments
- Preparing reports
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Printing, scanning, copying, binding, and preparing and distribution packages of information, both printed and electronic;
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
- Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor/Engineer degree.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good event arrangement skills
