Our office has an established reputation as a leading provider of legal services to clients in the real estate, corporate, commercial, M&A, energy, and resources sectors.
The role:
We have an exciting opportunity as a full-time law firm Administrative Assistant. In this role, your duties will include but will not be limited to:
1. Manage reception desk and meeting room
- Attend the front desk and welcome clients and visitors;
- Operate the telephone switchboard, and receive calls;
- Supervise room reservations and use of meeting rooms, ensuring neatness and cleanliness.
2. Administrative work:
- Receive and circulate incoming correspondence and parcels;
- Carry out administrative duties and support the legal team such as formatting, filing, printing, binding, scanning, buying online information, etc.
- Monitor stationary levels and order office supplies, fruits, beverages,…
- Manage and work with suppliers related to office equipment and facilities;
- Implement administrative payment process (lease, electricity, internet, telephone, office equipment, copying & printing, expense claims,…..), collect receipts/extra invoices and manage petty cash;
- Organize and support internal events such as birthdays, company trips, Christmas, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by the Partners and Managers.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Ideally you should have at least one year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the legal sector. You will possess the following:
- Ability to communicate well in English
- Ability to manage a large workload, priorities and deliver work with a high level of accuracy;
- Experience in juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines;
- Excellent computer literacy and document management skills - you will audio/copy type and store documents electronically;
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, honest, proactive and careful in working;
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in an ever-changing environment.
