The Sales Administration Professional plays a pivotal role in supporting the business by ensuring efficient administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing essential support services.

1. Reporting and Analysis:

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders;

2. Data & System Management:

• Manage and update sales-related systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility;
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of sales tools and software to enhance efficiency.

3. Translation Task

• Translate sales-related documents, reports, and communications between multiple languages (Korean, English) to facilitate cross-function collaboration and ensure clarity in business operations;
• Ensure translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and aligned with company standards.

4. Line Manager Support

• Assist the line manager in planning, organizing, and executing sales-related activities and initiatives.

5. Administrative Support:

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations;
• Provide essential support services, including document preparation, data entry, and report generation.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
• Fluency in Korean is required for translation tasks.
• Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles is preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales Administration. Experience working in a global or multinational company is a plus
