We’re seeking an (Associate) Art Director who can transform bold ideas into stunning visuals across TVCs, digital, social, and more. You’ll partner with Copywriters to shape strong concepts and bring them to life with hands-on creative execution. RESPONSIBILITIES ART DIRECTION (60%) Brainstorm and deliver well crafted visual ideas for digital-led IMC campaigns and fully QC (quality control) visual production throughout campaigns/projects (pitching & internal campaign) Modify artwork directions responding to clients requests. Contribute to all sorts of design and production supporting the designer team. Verbally deliver conceptual visual direction in a solid way. Experienced in sketching ideas is a plus. DESIGN (30%) Deliver updated digital visual thinking to create breakthrough customer experiences across social media and integrated marketing campaigns. Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve the design teamwork. Animation skill, video editing and video production is a must. Be in charge of visual layouts of key visuals or campaign assets. MANAGEMENT (10%) Work under high pressure with multi-channel projects at a time. Will well collaborate with the internal team to enhance creative quality. REQUIREMENTS 3 years of experience in art design and working in an advertising/ digital agency is a plus. Have high standards of quality artwork. Passionate in design and proactive updated design trends. Good teamwork spirit and high sense of responsibility Experienced with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects. Good in animation skill, video editing is a must. Can-do attitude and open-minded.
