1. Support Growth Initiatives:
- Assist in planning and monitoring growth initiatives to target user acquisition and retention.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align on communication plan (banners, noti, ads, social, etc.) and ensure proper scheduling and asset readiness.
- Identify bottlenecks, propose actions and work with Marketing team to improve the effectiveness of future marketing pushes.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and optimize product performance: Track key product metrics, identify underperformance trends, and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes.
- Analyze user behavior and product performance to provide actionable insights.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on execution success and lessons learned
3. Product Operations:
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Risk, Marketing, Product and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth execution of product.
- Assist in launching new product features, pilots, and product enhancement.
- Align with internal to resolve product issues/ users’ feedback to enhance the user journey.
- Liaise with partners for alignment on operational matters and issue resolution.
- Maintain and improve internal documentation related to operations, workflows, and knowledge base.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Finance.
- At least 1 years of experience in business ops/product ops/marketing ops, preferably in Tech firms (fintech/e-wallet, e-commerce, ride-hailing, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-first mindset.
- A data-driven approach to problem solving/ decision making
- Analytical skills: Comfortable working with data and ideally basic experience with data.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills – able to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Understanding of marketing channels (performance, app push, social, ads, etc.) and their role in user acquisition and retention.
- Thrive in a startup environment: fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities, changing needs, and limited resources.
- Comfortable working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Fluent in Vietnamese; working proficiency in English
