Project management & Execution
- Track project timelines, requirements & deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Tech, Marketing, FP&A, etc.) to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Prepare proposals and presentation materials based on project requirements.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to boost product adoption, engagement, and business growth.
- Problem-solving through investigation, analysis, solution design, monitoring, and reporting of key issues affecting performance.
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders & internal team.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting notes/recaps, and follow up on action items.
Data & Reporting
- Prepare regular reports (weekly/monthly) on project progress and performance.
- Conduct market research, benchmark market trends and similar campaigns to provide insights and biz recommendations

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, or related roles.
- Display a keen business sense, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
