Supervise and coordinate all bar activities during shifts.
Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
Monitor beverage presentation, taste, and consistency to meet standards.
Handle guest complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.
Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and barbacks.
Schedule staff and allocate duties based on business levels.
Ensure team adherence to grooming and hygiene standards.
Provide on-the-job coaching to enhance service delivery.
Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
Close shift reports, reconcile cash and sales, and submit reports
Prevent losses and follow proper control procedures.
