- General Description
Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.
- Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business development strategy for the Building & Infrastructure segment in Vietnam
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including responding to RFPs and tenders
- Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Lead a team of sales and proposal professionals to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Collaborate with technical experts to develop innovative service offerings
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas
- Represent BV Vietnam at industry events and conferences
Job Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the construction/infrastructure sector.
- Strong track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Technical understanding of building and infrastructure services
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
