- Work alongside the Regional Head to refine and execute Geniebook’s growth strategy to win in Vietnam, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and define go-to-market plans tailored for local segments
- Set aggressive but realistic growth targets aligned with company goals and Vietnam market dynamics.
- Drive market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, pricing sensitivity, and regional trends.
- Localize product offerings, marketing messages, and sales approaches to fit Vietnam’s culture, education system, and digital behavior.
- Partner with curriculum, product, and engineering teams to tailor content or features for the Vietnamese audience.
2. Cross-Functional Growth Execution
- Lead a team of performance marketing, closely collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success to implement and optimize growth initiatives.
- Own, develop and oversee 360 marketing strategy to 10x leads via both online and offline channels, including paid ads, referral programs, school partnerships, influencers, and community campaigns.
- Develop and monitor conversion funnels, user journeys, and growth loops to improve performance across all stages.
- Define and track key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, and retention.
- Regularly report progress and insights to the executive team and recommend data-backed actions.
- Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure revenue reporting accuracy and scalable growth operations.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with schools, education institutions, government bodies, and edtech players.
- Lead PR and content teams to drive brand awareness.
3. Team Leadership & Culture
- Build and lead a high-performing local growth team; foster a data-driven, experimental, and user-obsessed team culture; coach and develop team members while promoting accountability and agility.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- 7–10+ years of experience in growth, marketing, strategy, operations or business development, preferably in edtech, consumer tech, or education sector.
- Proven track record in scaling user and revenue growth in emerging markets, ideally in Vietnam or SEA.
- Deep understanding of the Vietnamese education ecosystem.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with hands-on experience
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).
