Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management in the same position.
- At least 2 years’ experience in HR Systems, or Analytics role(s) requiring strong
information management skills.
- Multinational organization experience preferred (in the education, consumer, or
financial industry is a plus)
- Proficient in remuneration best practice, Vietnamese labour code, governmental
Regulations relating to human resources
Skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate at the executive level and above in a professional manner
- High flexibility and ability to manage the C&B function
- Strong leadership skills and cross-cultural understanding
- Good presentation and persuasive skills
