- Lead negotiations with hotels & resorts in Nha Trang
- Secure allotments, commitments, and hard block agreements
- Manage the Contract Specialist team and oversee execution
- Provide market intelligence and ensure contractual compliance

- Vietnamese nationals only
- Minimum 5 years full-time experience in 5-star hotels (at ADOS / DOS / DOSM level) or in similar roles at a travel agency or tour operator

- Proven wide hotel network and strong industry connections in Nha Trang
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese (Russian is a plus)
