Ensure Instrument stock and Instrument Installation safety and on time as plan/ Manage the physical and the system as the same. Ensure the activities of instrument installation go through smooth to contribute on development of business.
In charge of collaboration and partnering with the internal and external partners on forecasting demand, analyzing market trends, and developing product plans to meet customer requirements while minimizing excess inventory, ensuring product availability, and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.
Your Opportunity
Instrument Management
- Support to manage; perform instrument management for both physical and system
- Work closely with Product Manager, Sale team, Service team, IT workflow team to set up suitable installation plan.
- Work closely with transporter and DKSH team for arrange shipment to customer safety and on time as schedule.
- Manage to transfer instrument from HCM location to HN/DN location as vendor’s schedule; ensure to saving cost as well.
- Manage equipment master/database between SAP and Rexis system; ensure the data is correct and on time, ensure to achieve the KPI between Professional Service and global team.
- Work closely with Product Manager for forecast instrument as installation plan
- Perform to goods receipt the local accessories in SAP system and transfer the system to warehouse, ensure system and physical are the same.
- Check and perform to goods receipt other accessories as Water Treatment and IT Infinity
- Support to management RU Instrument destruction
- Work with Product Manager and Service Team for RU Instrument destruction list
- Work with vendor for sterilization and destruction schedule
- Manage to end of process to ensure the process as SOP guideline/ saving cost and the system is clear out as the physical.
Demand Planning for assigned groups of Products
- Develop accurate and timely demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights
- Be responsible of forecast accuracy monitoring, figure out the root cause of forecast accuracy difference and provide the solution
- Collaborate with global product/ demand planners on the allocation to ensure the local supply, and identify bottlenecks to minimize the negative impact in the market
- Work closely with marketing, sales and distributors to gather relevant information to identify patterns and factors influencing demand.
- Work closely with the product managers for stock allocations for bottleneck management for product availability for customers and for managing near-expiry stocks to minimize write-offs
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities to reduce excess stock and mitigate bottleneck/ stock out
- Organize and lead the S&OP meeting with the different stakeholders to drive the rolling forecast and update in the system, as well as follow up key supply and demand issues
- Proactively address supply chain disruptions, coordinating with global products/ demand planners to minimize impact on product availability
Who you are
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field from a reputable University (local/overseas)
- Have proven minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain / Customer Service in MNCs preferably from the Healthcare industry
- Have excellent customer service orientation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Are proficient or hands-on experience in SAP (MM & SD modules) and strong analytical skills with expertise in ERP system
- Have fluent communication in English and Vietnamese
