YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Driving innovation and development of woven fabrics/ Yarn in Vietnam to meet global needs.
- Delivering high-quality products at competitive industrial prices for end customers.
- Engaging partners & alliance on sustainable development practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Development
- Follow all new fabric developments and monitor performance with my supplier.
- Follow all new color developments and monitor performance with my supplier.
- Prepare and negotiate with my supplier to obtain reasonable prices for all my catalogs twice a year.
*Quality:
- Monitor Quality performance and data quality in my supplier.
- Encourage and accompany my supplier to enhance the supplier's Quality system by quality control plan, Quality Audit, LAB Audit,....
- Monitor and accompany my supplier to improve Human Responsible in the Production & Environment management system.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in the fabric (yarn/ woven/ knit) industry.
- Open-minded, proactive, and logical thinker.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills.
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Experience in sourcing and supplier management activities.
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies and Quality System Management.

Pay: 35,000,000₫ - 50,000,000₫ per month
