MISSION
- Lead innovation and the development of woven fabrics in Vietnam to support global sourcing needs.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality products at competitive industrial prices.
- Collaborate with partners and alliances to promote sustainable development practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Development & Industrialization
- Manage the development of new fabrics and monitor their performance with suppliers.
- Manage the development of new color and monitor their performance with suppliers.
- Prepare and negotiate catalog pricing with suppliers twice a year to secure cost-effective rates.
Quality Assurance
- Track and evaluate quality performance and data accuracy at the supplier level.
- Support and guide suppliers in improving their quality management systems through Quality Control Plans, Audits, and Lab Testing.
- Collaborate with suppliers to enhance their practices in social responsibility and environmental management within their production systems
REQUIREMENTS
- Over 5 years of experience in the fabric industry (yarn, woven, or knit).
- Open-minded, proactive, and logical thinker.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passionate about sports and physically active.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Experience in sourcing and supplier management.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement practices and Quality Management Systems.
- Fluency in Chinese or French is a strong plus.
