The E-Commerce cum Revenue Manager is responsible for driving the hotel’s online business performance and maximizing overall revenue through effective e-commerce strategies, dynamic pricing, and revenue optimization. This role oversees the hotel’s online distribution channels, ensures rate parity, manages revenue forecasts, and develops strategic plans to achieve the property’s financial goals.

What You Will Do
Drive Online Performance: Manage and optimize OTAs, brand.com, GDS, metasearch, and digital platforms with consistent rate parity and compelling content.
Maximize Revenue: Develop dynamic pricing strategies, monitor demand trends, and implement inventory controls to achieve revenue targets.
Data-Driven Forecasting: Deliver accurate revenue forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office to align online and offline revenue initiatives.
Reputation & Visibility: Enhance the hotel’s online presence through SEO, digital campaigns, and proactive guest review management.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the hotel’s strong market positioning.
YÊU CẦU HỒ SƠ
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in Revenue Management and/or E-Commerce with luxury hotels or resorts.
Strong knowledge of OTA extranets, Channel Manager, CRS, PMS, and revenue analytics tools.
Analytical thinker with a commercial mindset and strong business acumen.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, STR, or similar)
