III. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: Account Management:
- Serve as the main liaison for selected fashion brand partners and sellers.
- Support the Key Account Manager with day-to-day operations and execution of account plans.
- Ensure seller satisfaction and foster long-term account growth.
- Sales & Growth Support:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance; assist in setting and achieving sales targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and lead promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and brand-building initiatives.
- Catalog & Content Management:
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, engaging, and SEO-optimized.
- Collaborate with internal content teams or sellers to enhance product visuals and descriptions.
- Operational Coordination:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory, pricing, logistics, and returns.
- Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and customer service teams to resolve seller and buyer concerns.
- Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing activities.
- Provide actionable insights to improve brand competitiveness on the platform.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for key accounts.
- Leverage data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvement areas.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in eCommerce, account management, or retail (preferably in fashion or lifestyle).
- Strong understanding of fashion industry trends and online retail dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
- Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Zalora).
- Knowledge of eCommerce back-end platforms (e.g., Haravan, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from data and translate them into business decisions.
