1. Financial Reporting

• Continuously monitor and assess the company’s financial performance to ensure business alignment.
• Deliver monthly analysis on direct sales performance, highlighting key drivers and areas for improvement to the Country Manager.
• Conduct product-level gross margin analysis and provide actionable insights for cost optimization and margin enhancement.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop financial justifications for new initiatives or changes in operations.
• Coordinate with Group Finance in preparing the annual budget and conducting quarterly reforecasts.
• Support the Regional Finance Manager with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as needed.

2. Commercial Acumen

• Analyze variances between actual results, budget, and prior year to provide strategic insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.
• Engage in cross-functional projects and provide financial expertise to support business initiatives.

3. Business Partnership & Customer Service

• Partner with business leaders in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Develop business models and financial projections to support both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
• Ensure all financial reporting and insights are aligned with stakeholder needs and timelines.
• Offer recommendations and propose initiatives to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

4. Self-Development

• Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge to align with company goals and philosophy.
• Engage regularly with leadership to share updates and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and the local language.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of national banking procedures and financial regulations.
• Experience in internal controls related to accounting and administrative processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
