Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Application Development
- Lead the design and rollout of critical applications including car agent sales platforms at showrooms, mortgage agent sales apps via partners, credit card sales tools for agents, digital mobile applications, corporate software solutions, intranet solutions.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery within scope, budget, and aligned with regulatory and business standards.
2. Digital Strategy & Innovation
- Partner with business heads to define application roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
- Introduce international best practices and next-gen technologies to elevate customer experience and operational agility.
3. Mobile and Digital Experience
- Lead the mobile and digital app portfolio, ensuring customer-centric, secure, and scalable solutions across all touchpoints.
- Drive adoption, engagement, and retention through intuitive UX and advanced functionalities.
4. Leadership and Talent Development
- Build and coach high-performing cross-functional teams (developers, BAs, project leads).
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and innovation.
5. Vendor and Partner Ecosystem Management
- Manage technology vendor relationships and fintech partnerships to ensure high-quality delivery and commercial optimization.
- Lead SLA negotiation and performance oversight.
6. Performance & Optimization
- Set and track KPIs including uptime, response time, user satisfaction, and engagement metrics.
- Continuously optimize applications to meet evolving market and customer needs.
7. Risk & Compliance Management
- Ensure applications comply with local and international standards on cybersecurity, data privacy, and banking regulations.
- Apply enterprise risk frameworks to proactively mitigate tech and operational risks.
8. Change Management and Training
- Oversee organization-wide adoption of new applications, ensuring change readiness across branches and teams.
- Develop training programs and adoption toolkits to drive effective utilization.
9. Conduct other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Preference will be given to candidates educated abroad or from globally recognized institutions.
- Minimum 10 years in IT, with at least 5 years in application leadership roles in banking, fintech, or large-scale digital environments.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications in multi-branch or multinational environments.
- Strongly preferred: Experience in international companies or fintech startups, with agility and innovation focus.
- Outstanding leadership and project execution under Agile or modern delivery models.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture, system integration, and software development best practices.
- Strategic vendor management and commercial negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, fluent in English.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity and regulatory requirements in digital banking.
