Develop annual business plans including revenue, profit targets, and resource allocation
Propose and execute product category expansion strategies and distribution development plans
Build annual headcount and talent development plans for the business unit
2. Inventory and Procurement Management
Plan and manage purchasing activities to ensure product availability and profitability
Monitor inventory turnover and maintain levels within company policies
Negotiate post-import commercial support with vendors/brands
3. Sales Operations
Define and implement sales policies, pricing strategies, and promotion plans
Drive revenue through channel partners and retail chain accounts
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
4. Partner Management & Customer Relationship Development
Maintain and grow strong partnerships with vendors and strategic clients
Work directly with brand partners to develop product and business plans
Resolve escalated customer and partner issues in collaboration with internal teams
5. Process Improvement & Cross-functional Collaboration
Propose improvements to internal workflows or build new processes for operational efficiency
Collaborate with internal departments including Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, HR, and Warranty
6. Team Leadership & People Development
Lead, assign, and oversee the daily activities of BU team members (PMs, ASMs, AMs, SAs)
Train and develop team capabilities and ensure compliance with company policies
Foster a performance-driven and team-oriented culture

Education & Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related fields
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
Fluent in English for professional communication with international partners
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within distribution, IT products, or relevant industries such as FMCG or consumer electronics
