1. Business Planning & Strategic Development

  • Develop annual business plans including revenue, profit targets, and resource allocation

  • Propose and execute product category expansion strategies and distribution development plans

  • Build annual headcount and talent development plans for the business unit

2. Inventory and Procurement Management

  • Plan and manage purchasing activities to ensure product availability and profitability

  • Monitor inventory turnover and maintain levels within company policies

  • Negotiate post-import commercial support with vendors/brands

3. Sales Operations

  • Define and implement sales policies, pricing strategies, and promotion plans

  • Drive revenue through channel partners and retail chain accounts

  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets

4. Partner Management & Customer Relationship Development

  • Maintain and grow strong partnerships with vendors and strategic clients

  • Work directly with brand partners to develop product and business plans

  • Resolve escalated customer and partner issues in collaboration with internal teams

5. Process Improvement & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Propose improvements to internal workflows or build new processes for operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with internal departments including Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, HR, and Warranty

6. Team Leadership & People Development

  • Lead, assign, and oversee the daily activities of BU team members (PMs, ASMs, AMs, SAs)

  • Train and develop team capabilities and ensure compliance with company policies

  • Foster a performance-driven and team-oriented culture

Education & Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related fields

  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools

  • Fluent in English for professional communication with international partners

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within distribution, IT products, or relevant industries such as FMCG or consumer electronics
