Mô tả công việc:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Human Resources
- Handle recruitment processes: job postings, CV screening, interviews, offer letters
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Maintain and update HR records, contracts, personal files
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and probation timelines
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies
- Handle compulsory insurance (Social/Health/Unemployment) registration and adjustments
- Manage records and claims of sickness, maternity, accident, and other leave types
Admin:- Coordinate general office operations: supplies, maintenance, facilities
- Handle company documents, contracts, and licenses
- Support travel and accommodation arrangements for staff or visitors
- Manage and organizing company's events and activities (Family day, Company trip, year end party, birthdays,.v.v.)
- Liaise with service providers (insurance, maintenance, logistics...)
- Assist with monthly reports, expense tracking and internal procedures
- Manage POSM (T-shirt, catalog, notebook,.v.v.v)
- Manage documents related to expat (visa, work permit, residence card,..v.v)
Marketing Support – Advantageous- Support employer branding initiatives (content creation, website updates)

Yêu cầu công việc:
- 2-3 years experience
- Basic understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software is a plus
- Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Experience in marketing or social media is a strong plus
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
