Objectives
We’re looking for an HR Admin & IC Executive to provide efficient administrative and HR support that ensures smooth daily operations of the company, while contributing to internal communication initiatives that foster employee engagement, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both office administration and people-focused communication activities.
Job Description
Administration (70%):
Office management:
- Monitor and ensure adequate supplies and stationery
- Manage inventories, stationery/travel/event expenses, and maintenance costs of the company
Operations:
- Proceed, follow up and update payment request
- Manage papers and records of the HR Department in place
- Receive, classify and transfer documents and correspondence to relevant employees/departments/clients as required
- Assist in other tasks related to logistics, paperworks, etc.
Process Improvement & Smart Working: Identify ways to automate repetitive tasks and optimize administrative workflows.
Internal Communication (30%):
- Assist in idea generation, planning and execution of engagement activities, teambuilding, year-end party, job fair, event, charity and other HR activities
- Content Creation: Support internal HR newsletters, employee spotlights, and company-wide announcements.
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in administrative, HR roles or operation/assistant.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities. English skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

- Experience coordinating internal events or communications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact across departments and levels
