Job description:
Post job openings and screen candidate applications.
Plan and organize interviews.
Work closely with departments to identify staffing needs.
Update and maintain employee records.
Manage employment contracts and related documents.
Track attendance and calculate monthly payroll.
Check and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
Assist in organizing internal training sessions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Support other HR activities such as organizing internal events, managing employee benefits, and resolving employee-related issues.
Participate in the development of HR processes.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bacherlor Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command of English communication.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
High sense of responsibility, careful, and detail-oriented.
Experience in the hospitality or service industry.
Knowledge of labor laws.
