- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Assist HRBP Senior Manager/Manager to analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., performance evaluation (Oki), competency evaluation, coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build & develop corporate culture, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Assist HRBP Senior Manager/Manager to provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Assist HRBP Senior Manager/Manager to identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Following up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- English fluency in 04 skills: Writing, Speaking, Listening and Speaking.
- Knowledge of the industry is preferable.
