Type: Full-time

Working Location: HCMC | Onsite D.4 / D.1

Working Hours: 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (Monday to Friday)

JOB SUMMARY:

The IT Workplace and Procurement Support role is responsible for ensuring employees have access to the right technology tools and services by managing end-user devices, workplace technologies, and IT procurement processes. This role bridges technical support and operational efficiency, contributing to a productive and cost-effective IT environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Workplace Support

- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile phones, peripherals).

- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workplace technologies.

- Support collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Teams) and troubleshoot user issues.

- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure timely updates in asset management systems.

- Coordinate with vendors for device repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.

Procurement Support

- Assist in IT procurement activities including sourcing, quoting, and purchasing hardware/software.

- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.

- Track purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.

- Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.

- Support budgeting and cost tracking for IT purchases.

Process & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, procurement transactions, and support tickets.

- Contribute to process improvements in workplace support and procurement workflows.

- Prepare reports on asset utilization, procurement status, and support metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- English proficiency.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

- 6-8 years of experience in IT support and/or procurement operations.

- Familiarity with IT asset management tools and procurement systems.

- Basic understanding of workplace technologies and collaboration platforms.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

- Good documentation skills
