Main Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Indirect Procurement for a 8-month contract to support our IT and admin operations.
IT Procurement:
- Handle procurement requests for IT-related products and services, from creating POs to processing approvals, invoices, and payments.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies in orders.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
IT Asset Management:
- Work closely with the IT support team to track and update the IT asset inventory.
- Conduct annual physical checks and manage disposal of outdated or unused IT equipment.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and other admin-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of end-to-end process procurement experience, preferably in an IT or technical environment.
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is required.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
