We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and purchasing activities across several key categories, including Professional Services, Packaging Materials for VAS (Value-Added Services) in Warehouse, Meeting & Event Services.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories and the threshold amount
- Professional Services (e.g., consulting, training, outsourced services)
- Packaging Materials for warehouse VAS operations
- Meeting & Event Services (e.g., venue, catering, logistics)
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies.
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports on spend, savings, and supplier performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and systems.
- Supporting procurement analytics and reporting.
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in a multi-category environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement tools (e.g., SAP, P2P).
- Experience working with spend data and reporting tools is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
