Receive new requests from customers and submit competitive quotations (pricing & services, inquiries for Ocean/Air freights, Import/Export customs prices, Warehousing, Trucking and other Logistics services)- Analyze and identify the evolving needs of existing customers to expand business opportunities.
- Negotiate with shipping lines and obtain competitive freight rates.
- Handle quotation requests or RFQs from the Board of Directors or overseas partners and propose competitive solutions.
- Manage the list of assigned key accounts.
- Regularly update customer information, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions to expand services with assigned customers.
- Coordinate with relevant departments in business planning, contract implementation, quotations, and term renewal/adjustments.
- Prepare periodic reports on customer care, sales performance, and related KPIs.
- Support timely debt collection from assigned customers.
- Participate in resolving incidents, complaints, or special requests from customers, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. Propose initiatives to improve service quality and key customer satisfaction.
- To visit customer’s factory site or pickup/delivery place whenever needed to ensure our services are provided smoothly
- Managing budgets and costs effectively in respect of the planning process.
- To cooperate with middle office teams (CS, OPS, WH) to ensure bookings/docs/debit notes are sent on time.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- College/University degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- English good at communication
- At least 2 years of experience in import-export operations
- Knowledge of the forwarding and logistics industry is an advantage
