Mô tả công việc:

• Provide legal advice related to the business operations of the Company and its affiliated units.
• Review and draft contracts, standard contract templates, and other agreements for the Company’s and its affiliates’ transactions.
• Handle administrative procedures and liaise with governmental authorities when necessary.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with legal regulations and the Company’s internal management policies.
• Review and assess internal regulations to ensure alignment with applicable laws.
• Update and disseminate legal regulations relevant to the Company’s operations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Male/Female, aged 27 or above.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law (specializing in Economic Law, Commercial Law, International Trade Law, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of the Civil Code, Enterprise Law, International Business Law, Commercial Law, and Investment Law.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate legal position, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Experience working with foreign-invested enterprises.
• Proficiency in English, especially in legal and business contexts.
