JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide feasibility and legal analysis on critical issues at the factory.
- Negotiate, draft, review, and revise contracts.
- Draft daily legal documents.
- Represent the company in litigation and arbitration cases.
- Oversee and ensure legal compliance at the factory.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (law practice certificate preferred) or Vietnamese Language with a legal background
- In-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese legal system
- Ability to independently review contracts and participate in legal proceedings
- Vietnamese nationality with fluent communication in Chinese or English

Pay: 55,000,000₫ - 60,000,000₫ per month
