- The Team Leader is ultimately responsible to the Head of the Commercial Department for the activities of the entire Legal Team in accordance with the assigned functions and duties.
- Continuously update and maintain the system of legal documents related to the Company’s business and production activities.
- Advise and implement the directions of the Head/Deputy Head of Department regarding legal opinions and negotiations (as stipulated in the Job Description of the Commercial Department) for main contracts and major subcontract agreements.
- Provide legal consultation on arising matters related to the Company’s business and production activities under the responsibilities of the Commercial Department.
- Provide legal consultation on issues arising during project implementation upon request from the Project Management Board.
- Coordinate with other functional teams of the Department and other units of the Company in carrying out related tasks.
- Take responsibility for self-training and participating in professional and skill-enhancement training courses.
- Conduct internal training on professional knowledge and skills for staff in the Team.
- Monitor the progress of assigned tasks and report to the Head/Deputy Head of Department periodically or as required.
- Manage and assign work to staff within the Team.

Yêu cầu công việc:
2/ Requirements:
- Education: University degree or higher in Law.
- Work experience: At least 2years’ experience in the Leader level or 5 years in a Legal Executive position in big coporation.
- Proficient in English across all four skills.
- Computer skills: Proficient in office software.
- Training courses:
- Training in Contract Law and Bidding Law (Vietnamese legal system).

Short courses in Contract Law (Common Law system).
Short courses in Economic Contract Dispute Resolution.
- Other requirements: Knowledge and practical understanding of project management and EPCI contract management in the oil & gas mechanical sector.
