(Mức lương: 13 - 15 triệu VNĐ)- Receive inquiries from both domestic and overseas customers.
- Coordinate closely with relevant parties: shipping lines, airlines, factories, local service suppliers, etc., to arrange transportation and custom inquiries.
- Prepare and manage documents for import/export shipments.
- Maintain correspondence and coordination with internal departments and overseas partner offices.
- Issue debit notes, credit notes, and shipping notes for each shipment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Director.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- University degree.
- Minimum 2-year experience in Sea/Air freight forwarding, logistics operations, customs clearance, and domestic delivery.
- Familiar with the specific operation procedures of sea and air
- Fluent in English, ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- High sense of responsibility, flexibility, hardworking attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good multitasking and time management skills.
