(Mức lương: 13 - 20 triệu VNĐ)- KOL/KOC Collaboration Management: Establish and maintain partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) for marketing campaigns.
- Agency Networking: Utilize existing talent agency resources to source high-performing KOLs, ensuring collaboration efficiency.
- Performance-Based KOL Partnerships: Identify and work with result-oriented KOLs or agencies, focusing on performance-driven marketing campaigns.
- Direct & Indirect Influencer Negotiation: Engage directly with influencers and their management teams to establish strategic collaborations.
- Campaign Execution & Monitoring: Oversee influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring content aligns with branding and performance objectives.
- App & E-commerce Promotion Experience (Preferred): Experience in managing influencer campaigns for app promotions or e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage.
- Multi-Platform Coordination: Manage influencer marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Long-Term Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships with high-value influencers and agencies for continuous brand exposure.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or related fields.
- Strong network of KOLs/KOCs and talent agencies, with a proven track record of successful collaborations.
- Experience in handling multiple influencer marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Ability to negotiate and manage contracts with influencers and agencies.
- Prior app promotion or e-commerce marketing experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Ability to track campaign performance and optimize influencer strategies for higher engagement and convers
