Operation Logistics

Responsibilities

• _Research & establish operating processes for new customer-requested services, especially B2B.
• _Handle interrelated emergencies, notably between WH and Freight (backhaul & linehaul).
• _Create horizontal links with Ops to keep operations smooth.
• _Conduct fieldwork & capture key project facts when needed.
• _Perform other tasks assigned by Team Leader.
• Nghiên cứu, thiết lập quy trình vận hành cho các dịch vụ khách hàng yêu cầu, đặc biệt nhóm B2B.
• Xử lý tình huống khẩn cấp liên quan, đặc biệt giữa Kho và Vận tải (Backhaul & LineHaul).
• Tạo kết nối ngang với bộ phận vận hành để duy trì hoạt động trơn tru.
• Khảo sát hiện trường, thu thập dữ liệu dự án khi cần.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Trưởng nhóm.

Requirements

• _At least 1 year in Operation department
• _Bachelor's degree, Major in Business/ Economics, Logistics ...
• _Communication and negotiation skills.
• _Integrity and process-driven and customer-service mindset.
• _Have logical thinking and critical thinking skills
• _Having adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
• Kinh nghiệm làm việc 1 - 2 năm tại bộ phận Vận hành
• Bằng cử nhân, chuyên ngành Kinh doanh/Kinh tế/Tài chính/...
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán.
• Chính trực, có tư duy hướng đến quy trình và dịch vụ khách hàng.
• Có tư duy logic và tư duy phản biện.
• Bắt buộc phải thành thạo Microsoft Office.
