How you will make an impact in this role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Partnership Executive - Credit Card & UPL to drive the coordination and execution of partnership-related projects. This role is ideal for someone who can manage complex workflows, align cross-functional teams, and ensure that both internal stakeholders and partners move seamlessly from planning to go-live.
Responsibilities
Project Coordination (60%)
- Lead end-to-end execution of partnership projects, from initial planning and projection to implementation and post-launch follow-ups.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product, Tech, Legal, Marketing) to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Monitor project status, identify blockers early, and facilitate timely resolution.
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting across project milestones.
Operations & Paperwork (30%)
- Prepare, review, and track all contracts and legal documents required for onboarding new partners.
- Own the partner onboarding process, including: Merchant integration, Campaign go-live setup, Feature enablement
- Work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure alignment with regulatory and operational standards.
Ongoing/Recurring Responsibilities (10%)
- Prepare bi-weekly reports on project and campaign performance for senior leadership and external partners.
- Influence cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes on schedule by maintaining strong communication and accountability practices.
- Proactively seek feedback from partners and internal teams to optimize processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in partnership, project coordination, or operational roles.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack,...) and ability to use GenAI tools to increase productivity 3x by automating repetitive tasks.
- Strong working knowledge of contracts and legal documentation processes
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or startup environment.
