Zstudio is a digital content platform powered by Zalo, where meaningful stories, knowledge, and inspiration are shared through video and podcast formats. We are seeking a Partnership Marketing Specialist to help grow and deepen our creator and partner ecosystem, while leading strategic partnership initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth across both Zstudio and Đi Cùng Con.
What you will do
- Work closely with brands, organizations, and collaborators on co-branded content or strategic partnership initiatives across Zstudio and Đi Cùng Con;
- Support the development, execution, and optimization of strategic partnership programs that contribute to brand visibility and revenue growth;
- Identify, connect, and build long-term relationships with content partners - including guests, experts, KOLs, and creators;
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns that amplify partnership content and drive audience engagement;
- Support the development and maintenance of partnership materials, media kits, and pitch decks.
What you will need
- At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or business development - ideally in media, entertainment, or digital content;
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and audience engagement, with hands-on experience in planning or supporting integrated campaigns;
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills;
- A high level of English proficiency;
- Preferred: Strong connections with HCPs, content creators, business leaders, educators, or storytellers.
