Role Purpose
The Senior HR Manager blends strategic HR initiatives with practical project execution. The role enhances HR's impact on business performance by leading structured projects in areas like learning, engagement, process improvement, and analytics. Main Objectives

Deliver and oversee HR projects that enhance HR effectiveness and business alignment within 12 months.

Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, ideally FTU or an international equivalent, with strong academic performance.

Advanced HR or business-related certifications (nice-to-have).
Professional Experience

6-8 years of experience in HR, consulting, or a strategic HR role within a multinational or leading local company.

Background in compensation & benefits or HR business partnering, with interest in learning, development, or engagement.

Experience with HR systems, analytics, and efficiency metrics (nice-to-have).
Technical Skills

Proficiency with HR systems and analytics tools.

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
