RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team through the completion of a project, including creating the project timeline, managing the budget and communication with clients

• Hiring new team members

• Identifying and managing project-related risks

• Taking responsibility for any project outcomes

• Cross-functional team management

• define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, creating a detailed project plan.

• Building and leading cross-functional teams, ensuring they work cohesively.

• Communicate with Onsiter/Customer

• Create estimation plan for tasks/requests

REQUIREMENTS

Must have:

• 3+ year of experience as a Project Manager.

• Strong project management skills are vital for planning, executing, and monitoring projects.

• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve data pipeline issues.

• Good English/ Japanese skills

Nice-to-have:

• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to new technologies and challenges.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
