1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new project-based sales opportunities.
  • Meet builders, contractors, architects, government departments, and fabricators to promote cement products.
  • Work with Technical Consultants for presales activities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets: volume, price, market share, …

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in construction projects.
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored cement solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

3. Project Coordination

  • Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects in assigned territory.
  • Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues affecting supply or execution.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • Advise managers on relevant marketing tools and strategies.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure proper documentation including contracts, and other documents
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

  • At least 3 years working in Commercial function in a large company

  • Have good relationship with real estate investor, construction consulting company & contractor Fluent English
