- Identify and develop new project-based sales opportunities.
- Meet builders, contractors, architects, government departments, and fabricators to promote cement products.
- Work with Technical Consultants for presales activities.

2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in construction projects.
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored cement solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
3. Project Coordination
- Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects in assigned territory.
- Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues affecting supply or execution.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
- Advise managers on relevant marketing tools and strategies.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure proper documentation including contracts, and other documents
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
