(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)Make sure materials / goods delivered on time with right price and reasonable stock level.
Control & maintain availability of materials in accordance with material requirement planning (MRP), inventory strategy and production plan
Ensure material purchases in compliance with Sonova’s policies/procedures
- Focus on full process of contract management
- Place order to suppliers based on the demand forecasted
- Check & follow-up materials status to make sure the delivery on time for production
- Communicate with suppliers all issues related to material quality, quantity , payment …
- Keep stock at a reasonable level, minimize obsolete stock
- Cost down by localization material with the same quality approved by Headquarter
- Process purchase of materials in accordance with MRP system-SAP
- Create Purchase Order, perform and monitor Delivery Schedule to ensure availability of materials, Negotiate & determine EOQ (economic order quantity) in Purchase Order to save possible lowest cost
- Implement inventory plan and strategy to get the targets achieved.
- Verify and investigate non-conformity deliveries in coordination with IQC and other relevant departments
- In contact with supplier to deal for the replacement or credit notes in accordance with IQC defective report
- Coordinate with import-export department to make sure shipping documents & Customs formality to be compliant with Sonova, Customs and Government regulations

- Min 5 years experience in purchasing for multinational company
- Good English communication skills
- Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Ms Office, SAP
