(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Develop recruitment plans: Receive hiring requests, create plans, and implement recruitment strategies.
- Candidate sourcing and screening: Utilize online and traditional recruitment channels to search for and attract potential candidates.
- Manage candidate information/CVs: Store and update candidate profiles/CVs, track the recruitment process.
- Build and manage employer branding on various platforms.
- Regularly report recruitment results and propose process improvements to ensure work efficiency.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Department Head

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related position.
- Preferred: Candidates with recruitment experience/knowledge in the Hospitality or F&B industry.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Responsible, enthusiastic, sociable, and proactive in work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
