About the job HR Admin
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Provide support in recruitment activities (screening CVs, interview arrangement)
- Input hiring process of candidates on talent solution web.
- Input & manage employee data on SAP.
2. Talent Development
- Logistics support for training courses, events onsite
- Handle tracking report of training plan
- Follow up with plants to get attendant sheets for Talent Development team report.
- English program support (TOEIC tests at HO/Sites)
- Other tasks to be assigned by Direct Supervisor
3. Admin
- Support TD & TA on managing PR-PO-SES
- Input & consolidate raw data for all teams (Consolidate training records to input monthly training workbook; Prepare templates to upload training data on SAP; Input candidates profiles from Job fairs, Trade Fairs, Workshops)
- Deliver documents to Authorities (HCMC, Dong Nai, Vung Tau) & to employees (send EMS)
- Separate PVI cards, social insurance sheets for employees at all sites
- Other relevant tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in human resources management, Business
- Administration or related major.
- Have at least 01 - 02 years working experience at the same position.
- Careful, detail-oriented, able to work independently and with good time management and communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility
- Can-do attitude & customer centric mindset
