Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – CAE Parc Resourcing

Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our CAE Parc Operations Recruitment team in Ho Chi Minh City. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of pilots across the Asian region, ensuring efficient candidate sourcing, qualification verification, interview coordination, and onboarding support. This role requires close collaboration with Management, and the wider Operations team to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced, aviation-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
- Proactively source active and passive pilot candidates using innovative sourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pool in alignment with sales forecasts and client needs.
- Write and publish engaging, accurate job advertisements and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain and update candidate records and databases to ensure real-time visibility of the talent pipeline.
Screening & Documentation
- Conduct initial pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Verify qualifications, licenses, and right-to-work documentation in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage candidate files and ensure the secure handling of confidential information.
Candidate Submission & Client Coordination
- Submit vetted candidates to clients for consideration and coordinate feedback.
- Liaise with the operations team to align recruitment efforts with client specifications and timelines.
- Support candidates through the assessment and interview process, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
Process Management
- Support onboarding by coordinating required paperwork and ensuring compliance with visa, contract, and work permit laws.
- Partner with operations and recruitment colleagues to share best practices, streamline processes, and enhance recruitment quality.
- Contribute to the development and execution of targeted recruitment drives and marketing strategies.
Reporting & Systems
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in recruitment systems.
- Provide regular reports on candidate pipeline, recruitment progress, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, HR, or a related administrative role.
- Experience with aviation industry recruitment or pilot hiring is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Understanding of local legal requirements related to employment and immigration processes in the region.
