Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with finance users to gather, clarify, and validate requirements for financial data transformation projects.
- Coordinate with users on the preparation and testing of data ingestion templates to ensure compatibility with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Work closely with the CAD team to extract relevant output fields from BDM files and map them into the Asia Ingestion template.
- Apply input transformation logic to structure and prepare the necessary data fields as per business needs.
- Support finance users through iterative meetings to finalize requirements and assist in decision-making processes.
- Facilitate user testing and data validation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with transformation objectives.
- Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and data teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment across stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in finance transformation projects, with a strong focus on SAP Finance modules (e.g., FICO).
- Proven experience in supporting finance IT initiatives and data-driven transformation efforts.
- Familiarity with data ingestion and transformation processes, with an understanding of how data flows into tools like Tableau or Power BI (no hands-on tool access required).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear templates and processes.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across finance, IT, and technical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in collaborative settings.
