Purpose & Objective of Position:
As a member of the APAC P&C Customer Success HRP team, the HRBP Intern will support and lead strategic and operational projects and programs alongside the Customer Success P&C Business Partners. This role entails providing creative and strategic HR support to APAC Customer Success business unit and enhancing the People & Organizational strategy. This SAP global, strategic, paid internship placement provides students with opportunities to find purpose and grow in their careers.
About the Role:
Title: SAP Intern – P&C Business Partner (Customer Success APAC)
Location: This position is open to any location in Asia
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Min 9 months or longer
Working Days and Setup: Full-time (5 days/week) preferred, with flexibility on working hours to cater to a global team setup
Expectations & Tasks:
- Strategic Initiatives: Support and drive strategic initiatives, focus topics, and manage ad-hoc requests for the CS APAC P&C HRBP Leader.
- People Strategy: Support the CS People Strategy and the transformation of Global People Success Services through innovative projects and initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Co-lead team meetings, global projects, and raise awareness of our services through creative communication strategies and presentations.
- Communication Excellence: Ensure a high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for HR, SAP Executive Board, APAC Customer Success President, executive CS leadership, and our CS employees.
- Data Analysis: Deliver high-impact data analysis to provide people and organizational business insights (Hiring, Attrition etc) that enables the HRBP team to drive measurable outcomes.
- Program Management: Help manage and deploy global programs/initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

- Interest in Sales and Technology: HR experience not required and candidates with genuine interest in sales and technology are most welcome.
