Primary Responsibilities:
Reservations Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries about hotel products and services by telephone, fax and email according to standard guidelines and accurately process room reservations in Opera PMS system.
- Provide professional consultation to guests/bookers regarding room types, pricing, and promotions, and coordinate with relevant departments (Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Housekeeping…) to ensure a smooth operation.
- Maintain and update hotel listings on online channels, including direct website and OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc…
- Frequently check and maintain rate parity across online booking channels
- Assist Revenue Manager to work with Market managers, control Extranets, monitor market trends and competitors’ pricing
- Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns to boost online sales.
- Analyze performance of online distribution channels and suggest improvements.
- Assist Revenue Manager to prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
- Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management

Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma education
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reservation department or minimum 3 years of experience in the area of guest services in hotel/tourism industry
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint. Familiar with Opera PMS is preferred.
