Role Purpose
This role focuses on securing new business and expanding relationships with existing accounts in Vietnam's B2B technology space. The Sales Manager will operate autonomously and is expected to manage the full sales cycle. The role suits commercially experienced professionals with a consultative sales approach and a network of enterprise or SME contacts.
Main Objectives
- Meet quarterly revenue targets aligned with the firm's growth plans
- Re-engage dormant or legacy accounts through structured outreach
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM pipeline data

Requirements
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Professional Experience
- 57 years in B2B sales, ideally in IT solutions, SaaS, or digital services
- Track record of independently managing deals and client pipelines
- An existing client network is a strong advantage
Technical Skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools for tracking and reporting
- Understanding of cloud, ERP, or process automation is beneficial
