Job Description
Marketing & Communication Support
- Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for social media, PR articles, and marketing materials.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and monitor social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Groups/Communities), supporting campaign development and execution to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Graphic Design Support: Contribute to creating visual assets such as infographics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and implementation of email marketing campaigns, including content development, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Marketing Analytics: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.
Sales Support Activities
- Prepare and provide essential materials such as brochures, catalogs, and presentations for the Sales team to facilitate customer consultations.
- Support in gathering and organizing market data, competitor analysis, and customer insights to aid the Sales team.
- Assist in maintaining and updating sales documentation, product information, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication between Marketing and Sales functions.
Administrative Tasks
- Assist in administrative and logistical tasks related to marketing and sales activities.
Support any additional tasks assigned by the Marcom or Sales Manager.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Commerce
- Previous marketing internship experience preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn
- Design skills and bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese are a plus
