The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media channels
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Generate and manage social media content and ensure content is informative and appealing
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to distribute contents following business projects and purposes
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Requirements:
- Minimum 2yrs working in a tech start-up environment (e-commerce, ride-hailing, food delivery…)
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a relevant position.
- High collaboration with all departments, open-minded & flexible align the process with counterparts from other functions
